39 high-standard city apartments With the prize-winning masterplan the municipality of Oisterwijk seizes the opportunity to combine a public park with up-market residencies in the middle of the city. +++ The urban layout and the design of 4 'villas' create a large variety of inside-outside relations. The buildings are slightly shifted and rotated with respect to each other in order to create varying views towards the park, the river and neighbouring houses. The apartments have a three-sided orientation with continuous glass partitions along the ceiling.
